After successful payment:

• Go to My Account
• Click Orders or Downloads
• Select your purchased design
• Click Download

The file will be delivered in ZIP format.

• Locate the ZIP file
• Extract or unzip the folder
• Open the JPG or PSD file inside

We recommend saving your files securely after download.

How to Download Free Designs

• Open the design page
• Click Download
• Extract the ZIP file
• Open JPG or PSD in Adobe software

Free designs are provided for limited usage and preview purposes.

Download Limit Policy

Each purchase includes limited download attempts to protect digital content security.

• Refresh and retry
• Try another browser
• Contact support if issue continues

Download limits may be reviewed in genuine technical cases.

How to Access Files After Login

• Login
• Go to Dashboard
• Click Orders or Downloads
• Access available files

What to Do If Download Fails

• Check internet stability
• Disable browser extensions
• Clear browser cache
• Try another browser

If issue continues provide Order number Transaction ID and Screenshot of error.

Browser Compatibility

Use updated versions of Chrome Safari Firefox or Edge. Outdated browsers may cause download or display issues.

Standard License

Allows fabric printing garment production packaging advertising and unlimited digital distribution. The design remains non exclusive.

• Reselling digital file is not allowed
• Sharing source files is prohibited
• Color adjustments for production matching are allowed

Exclusive License

Allows unlimited commercial production branding and advertising use. After purchase the design is permanently removed from Designshatter and reserved exclusively for the buyer. Exclusive license purchases are final.

Modification Policy

Minor color adjustments are allowed. Structural redistribution is not permitted.

DPI Guidance

300 DPI recommended for textile printing. 200 DPI suitable for digital and social media use.

Repeat Alignment

Most designs are seamless repeat patterns suitable for continuous fabric printing. Always test a small sample before bulk production.

RGB vs CMYK

RGB is suitable for digital display. CMYK is recommended for physical printing. Confirm required color mode with your printer.

Software Compatibility

Recommended software includes Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Ensure your version supports high resolution layered files.

Payment Methods

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or verified file corruption. Change of mind incorrect license selection or production errors are not eligible.

Exclusive License Refund

Exclusive license purchases are non refundable once design is removed from the platform.

Duplicate Payment

If charged twice provide both transaction IDs for verification and refund processing.
