These Usage Terms define how digital textile design files downloaded from Designshatter may be used. By purchasing or downloading any design, you agree to comply with these terms. Purchasing a file grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright ownership.

Upon purchase, Designshatter grants a limited, non transferable license to use the selected design according to the license type purchased. All intellectual property rights remain with Designshatter.

Depending on the license type, permitted uses may include:

• Fabric printing
• Garment production
• Home furnishing production
• Packaging and branding
• Advertising and marketing
• Digital and social media promotion

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling the digital file
• Sharing or redistributing the file
• Uploading the design to stock or marketplace platforms
• Claiming authorship or copyright ownership
• Registering the design as a trademark or logo
• Using the file to create a competing digital product

The Standard License allows commercial production and marketing usage. The design remains non exclusive and may continue to be available to other buyers on the platform. Digital resale or redistribution is not permitted.

The Exclusive License permits unlimited commercial production, branding, and advertising use. Upon purchase, the design is permanently removed from Designshatter and reserved exclusively for the buyer. Exclusive purchases are final and non refundable.

Color adjustments and scaling for production purposes are permitted. Structural modification for digital redistribution, resale, or derivative product creation is not allowed.

Designshatter provides production ready files. However, final print results depend on printer configuration, fabric type, ink method, and production setup. Users are responsible for confirming resolution, dimensions, and color mode before bulk printing.

All designs, graphics, and digital files remain the intellectual property of Designshatter. Purchase grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Designshatter reserves the right to revoke license access if misuse, redistribution, or violation of these Usage Terms is detected. Legal action may be pursued in case of infringement.

These Usage Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
